Skills center from Japan opens in Lacey The Olympian Kumon, an after-school math and reading program that was developed in Japan, has opened a center in Lacey at 7221 Martin Way E. It was opened this month by Andrew Taber and his wife, Naomi Muraoka. Taber spent seven years teaching English in Japan. |
